Caveat: these videos show how I was able to successfully push Qt5 examples to an iOS device and to the iOS simulator.  However, a few hours later Qt Creator refused to do the same thing.   Qt-Creator 3.0.x is very finicky and your experience with it (just as mine) may vary!
